Return and Refund Policy & Guidelines

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and refunds require a RFA (Refund Authorization) number. To obtain a RMA number, please contact our Customer Service department at (888) 257-8899. If you have purchased your product directly from the BottomLineLCDS.com within 30 days and would like to return your product for a refund, please contact us directly at (800) 984-0788 or via email at sales@bottomlinelcds.com.

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Protron/SpectronIQ. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in the original packaging for Protron/SpectronIQ to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced with like or refurbished product at Protron/SpectronIQ’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the period specified for each item. If you wish to return a product for a refund, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued for non-damaged products only. The product must be 100% functional and free of any damage. There is a 15% restocking charge for all refunded product. Standard BottomLineLCDS.com Refund Policy

Products sold by the BottomLineLCDS.com are covered by our Standard Refund Policy, unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All refunds require a RFA (Refund Authorization) number. To obtain a RFA number, call the SpectronIQ customer service department at (800) 984-0788. COD shipments will not be accepted.

Standard BottomLineLCDS.com Return Policy

If the product is defective, it must be returned within 90 days for DVD, Portable DVDs, and Home Theater systems and within one year for all LCD Televisions of the original invoice date for a replacement. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain a RMA number, call the Bottomline LCDs customer service department at (888) 257-8899. COD shipments will not be accepted.

Manufacturer's (End-User) Warranties

Products available through BottomLineLCDS.com are covered by SpectronIQ Manufacturer Warranties. Manufacturer warranty information can be found on the SpectronIQ.com website or by calling the SpectronIQ customer service department at (888) 257-8899.

Extended Warranties

The BottomLineLCDS.com offers extended warranties for all products offered on our site. A RepairTech Extended Service Contract (ESC) means you'll have the highest level of customer service and up to five years of protection. Extended Warranty information is located on our product section.

In addition, you can purchase an extended warranty for any consumer electronic product purchased from another vendor if required paperwork is submitted within 30 days from date of purchase.

Extended Warranties Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return an extended warranty for a refund, you must return the unopened and unused warranty, complete with all original paperwork within 30 days of purchase. No returns or refunds will be given after the 30 day period. No refunds will be accepted if any or part of the extended warranty packet is missing. Please save all packaging and paperwork for any item that is returned in order to process your RFA. There is a $5.00 restocking charge for all refunded extended warranties. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. COD shipments will not be accepted.

LCD Dead Pixel Policy

BottomLineLCDS.com offers many products that feature LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screens. In order to declare any product with a LCD screen "defective" and eligible for replacement or refund through any applicable Protron return policy, there must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels.

Bundle Specials

Bundle Specials contain multiple items offered together at a discounted price. Offers are valid only while supplies last. If you wish to return a Bundle Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within 30 days of purchase. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Components within a Bundle Special may be returned for replacement only. Individual items may only be returned for replacement if a RMA number is acquired within the Standard Return period.

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

Sometimes items are returned to the BottomLineLCDS.com after the product has been discontinued. If Protron/SpectronIQ no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: Either Protron/SpectronIQ will send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
